Lempeng

         One of popular food in Kalimantan is lempeng.  Lempeng  usually consume by Dayakness in Kalimantan. It is a cake that make of katans’ flour,  papuys’ banana, sugar, salt, coconut, and water. To make it cake is easy just mixing all the ingredients and cook it. It is unique food because local people in Kalimantan said is like pizza form is circle and has sweet and savory taste of salt and mixture of coconut. It  is usually consume during the morning and evening when together with family. The conclusion, lempeng is delicious cake when eat it together with family make taste that feels nice.

Dayakness                : Dayak etchnic in Central Borneo.

Katans flour             : A flour made by rice.

Papuyis Banana     : Named of Banana
